Upgraded from a 10-year-old mattress and the difference is night and day. The pillowtop is plush without being saggy. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder doesn't go numb anymore. Partner reckons it's the best purchase we've made this decade.

Worth the upgrade from the Econ

Had the SleepMax Econ for 2 years then upgraded to this Pocket Pillowtop. The difference is real — the individual pocket springs mean my tossing doesn't wake my wife up. Edge-to-edge comfort. FW gave us a trade-in deal on the old one too.

Super comfortable, a bit warm in summer

Genuinely the most comfortable mattress I've owned. The pillowtop is divine. Only reason for 4 stars is it sleeps a bit warm in January — might be the foam layer. We just use a thinner duvet in summer. Would still recommend 100%.

Back pain gone in a week
