How We Work With Trade Customers
Tailored Quotes
Every order is quoted to your project — by size, quantity and destination. Volume and contract pricing is available on larger fit-outs. Send your requirements and we'll return a clear, itemised trade quote.
Payment Terms
50% deposit is payable upfront on order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to delivery. Orders proceed to production once the deposit is received.
Lead Time
Standard lead time is approximately 10 days from confirmed order and receipt of deposit. Timeframes are confirmed at quote and may vary on larger fit-outs.
Delivery
Nationwide delivery across New Zealand. Freight is quoted by destination and order size; bulk and palletised delivery available to commercial sites.
