Base and mattress both very comfortable..the only downside for me was the base legs were too high and I couldn't get onto the bed very well...my own fault for not checking the height of the base and legs. However, I had the shorter legs from my old base so I used those! Delivery was excellent and they brought in the lift and up to my apartment - much appreciated. Had contact with customer service and the shop, and both went very well and were no problem.
