1. Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and ensure that they will suit your needs before purchasing.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at info@furnitureworld.co.nz. We will arrange for a return and determine if the item is eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Return Procedure:

   • Contact our customer service team at info@furnitureworld.co.nz with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
   • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
   • Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.

4. Delivery Charges: All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If your returned product is approved for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the product excluding any shipping and delivery charges.

5. Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

7. Exclusions: Some items may be non-returnable due to their nature. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product's listing on our website.
