FURNITURE WORLD SHIPPING AND COLLECTION POLICY (NZ ONLY)

MANUFACTURING & TIMELINES
• NZ-Made Items: Require 3 to 15 working days to manufacture.
• Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days.
• Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM (NZST).
CUSTOMER PICK-UPS
• You must call at least two days before collection to prepare your order.
• For large/heavy items, you must bring two strong people to assist with loading.
• Items are your responsibility once loaded; please inspect for damage before loading.
• Packaged items must be returned in their original packaging if a return is necessary.
DELIVERIES
• Door-to-door delivery is provided via Mainfreight.
• Additional charges apply for carrying items upstairs or moving existing furniture.
• Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellations can be made before dispatch, but a restocking fee may apply.
• Customers are responsible for all re-shipping costs if an incorrect address is provided.
DAMAGED ITEMS
• If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it with the courier and contact us immediately.
• If damage is found after delivery, contact customer service promptly for next steps.

Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and ensure that they will suit your needs before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at info@furnitureworld.co.nz. We will arrange for a return and determine if the item is eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer service team at info@furnitureworld.co.nz with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Delivery Charges: All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If your returned product is approved for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the product excluding any shipping and delivery charges.

Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
