The NZ-made bed base is covered for 10 years on the frame, 10 years on the foam and 2 years on fabric. The mattress is covered for 2 years (Dreamland mattresses 5 years). Keep your proof of purchase; accidental damage, misuse and ordinary wear are not manufacturing defects.
