Shipping & Collection:

The sofa will be custom-made in New Zealand, with manufacturing taking 2 weeks. We will contact you for delivery and pickup from our store. For shipping outside of New Zealand, please allow an additional 5-5-10 working days. We will provide the shipping cost once we have your delivery address.

Delivery & Returns

This made-to-order piece is typically ready for delivery in 3–10 working days. NZwide Delivery is available; enter your postcode in the item shipping checker above for the applicable service and price.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days in line with Furniture World’s returns policy. Made-to-order or customised combinations may have return restrictions, so please confirm suitability before ordering.

Warranty

The NZ Made Prisma 3 Seater Sofa is backed by a 10-year warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Keep your proof of purchase; accidental damage, misuse and ordinary wear are not manufacturing defects.
