MANUFACTURING & TIMELINES
β’ NZ-Made Items: Require 3 to 15 working days to manufacture.
β’ Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days.
β’ Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM (NZST).
CUSTOMER PICK-UPS
β’ You must call at least two days before collection to prepare your order.
β’ For large/heavy items, you must bring two strong people to assist with loading.
β’ Items are your responsibility once loaded; please inspect for damage before loading.
β’ Packaged items must be returned in their original packaging if a return is necessary.
DELIVERIES
β’ Door-to-door delivery is provided via Mainfreight.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
