• NZ-Made Items: Require 3 to 15 working days to manufacture. • Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days.
• Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM (NZST). CUSTOMER PICK-UPS
• You must call at least two days before collection to prepare your order.
• For large/heavy items, you must bring two strong people to assist with loading.
• Items are your responsibility once loaded; please inspect for damage before loading.
• Packaged items must be returned in their original packaging if a return is necessary. DELIVERIES
• Door-to-door delivery is provided via Mainfreight.
• Additional charges apply for carrying items upstairs or moving existing furniture.
• Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellations can be made before dispatch, but a restocking fee may apply.

limitations in accepting returns.
Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please choose
your items carefully and ensure that they will suit your needs before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact
us within 14 days of receiving the item at info@furnitureworld.co.nz. We will arrange for a return and determine if the item is eligible
for a refund or replacement.
Return Procedure:
Contact our customer service team at info@furnitureworld.co.nz with your order number, details of the product, and the
reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, the refund or exchange
process will begin.
Delivery Charges: All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If your returned product
is approved for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the product excluding any shipping and
delivery charges.
Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying
your own shipping costs for returning your item. It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your
original method of payment.
Exclusions: Some items may be non-returnable due to their nature. Any exclusions will be clearly
