Shipping & Collection
The chaise will be custom-made in New Zealand, with manufacturing taking 4-5 weeks. We will contact you for delivery and pickup from our store. For shipping outside of New Zealand, please allow an additional 5-5-10 working days. Shipping costs will be provided once we have your delivery address.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days in line with Furniture World’s returns policy. Made-to-order or customised combinations may have return restrictions, so please confirm suitability before ordering.
