Delivery & Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days in line with Furniture World’s returns policy. Made-to-order or customised combinations may have return restrictions, so please confirm suitability before ordering.

The Harbor NZ Made Sofa Collection is backed by a 10-year warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Keep your proof of purchase; accidental damage, misuse and ordinary wear are not manufacturing defects.
