TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:
Transit time is (5-10) Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Handling time is (2-5) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland).
DELIVERY TERMS:
We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, and OSM to deliver the product.
SHIPPING COST
We charge shipping as per the destination and the weight of the item. We also offer free shipping on selected products.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@furnitureworld.co.nz or Phone: +64 22 676 4506
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM
When we start your transfer, you'll get a chasing number with your order, with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in your hands.
WRONG ADDRESS
Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and ensure that they will suit your needs before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at info@furnitureworld.co.nz. We will arrange for a return and determine if the item is eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer service team at info@furnitureworld.co.nz with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Delivery Charges: All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If your returned product is approved for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the product excluding any shipping and delivery charges.

Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
